Help Make A Difference!

As mentioned on the "About Merlin Magic" page, I have written, illustrated, and self-published a couple of children's books. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the books is being donated to animal shelters and/or organizations promoting animal welfare. You can help make a difference by purchasing one or both of these books.

"A Different Kind of Family" is 56 pages, with dialog on the left-hand side of the page, illustrations on the right, making it perfect for sharing Spencer's story in a read-along.

Hopefully, the story and the pictures will inspire conversations about how there are so many different kinds of families, that each kind of family is special in it's own way, and perhaps most importantly, where there is love, there is always hope!

In "Good Dog...Not So Good Dog," Spencer learns two very important life lessons:

1. Although his actions are not always the best of choices, there really is no such thing as a "bad dog."

2. Whether he's good or not so good, he is always loved.

Each book is Internet priced at $8.50 (plus shipping and handling). A portion of the proceeds will be donated to select animal shelters and organizations that benefit animal welfare in the hope that all animals - both good and not so good - will, one day, find their own special kind of family. Periodically, I will post on this website the total amount we have all donated and to what organization(s) so check back often.
